Begin your immersive local experience
Begin your immersive local experience with a convenient hotel pick-up in District 1. Meet your friendly local guide in the hotel lobby, who will provide a brief introduction to the day’s activities before departure.
Travel by comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to the bustling Ben Thanh Market. Stroll through its vibrant aisles filled with colorful fresh produce, fragrant herbs and spices, and local meats as you select high-quality ingredients for your cooking session.
Afterward, continue to Soul Ben Thanh Restaurant to start your culinary journey. Under the expert guidance of a professional chef, learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes from both the North and the South, gaining insight into the country’s rich regional diversity and culinary traditions.
Finally, sit down to savor the delicious dishes you have prepared, sharing stories and laughter with fellow participants. After the class, relax as you are transferred comfortably back to your hotel.

Trip Exclusions
- Beverages and meals not mentioned in the program.
- Vietnam visa fees.
- Personal expenses (laundry, telephone calls, shopping, etc.).
- Tipping / gratuities.
- Any additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters (typhoons, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, riots, strikes, etc.
Payment & cancellation
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled departure date.
Confirmation Policy
- A confirmation voucher will be sent via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- If the preferred time slot is unavailable, an alternative schedule based on the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, customers may choose to cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
