Booking Terms

These terms apply to tours booked with VNGroup Tourist Co., Ltd. Each tour page also has its own "Payment & cancellation" section. Where that section says something different, the tour page applies.

Booking

A booking request from this website is not yet a booking. Your tour is booked once we have confirmed it to you in writing and received your deposit or payment.

Prices

Our prices are set in Vietnamese dong (VND). Prices on this website are shown in US dollars, rounded, as a guide, and are per person. The final price depends on your date, group size and options, and is the one in our written confirmation.

Children's prices differ by tour and are listed on each tour page.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer to our USD or VND account, with no fee on our side (you only pay your own bank's fee), or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) through an online payment link, which adds a 3% fee.

For multi-day tours we usually ask for:

  • airfares in full when the booking is confirmed;
  • 50% of the tour cost when the booking is confirmed;
  • 30% of the tour cost 3 days before the tour starts;
  • the remaining 20% in cash on arrival or by payment link.

Cancellation

Please send cancellations in writing; email is fine.

Day tours: free cancellation at least 7 days before departure; a 50% fee 3 to 6 days before; a 100% fee within 2 days.

Multi-day tours, counted before the service date and based on the deposit: 30 days or more, full refund minus bank fees; 16 to 29 days, 50% of the deposit; 8 to 15 days, 25% of the deposit; less than 8 days, no refund.

Some public holidays have their own terms, which we tell you before you book.

Your information

Please give us correct details for every traveler (names as in passports, ages, and children's heights where the tour asks for them). Extra costs caused by wrong details, such as entrance fees charged by height, are paid by the traveler.

Not included

Unless a tour page says otherwise, prices do not include travel insurance, Vietnam visa fees, personal expenses, tips, or costs caused by events outside our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
