Who we are

This website is run by VNGroup Tourist Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Thương mại - Dịch vụ và Du lịch VNGroup Tourist), 93/8 Pham Van Hai, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Questions about your data: info@vngrouptourist.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us: through the contact and booking forms (which open your own email app), by email, phone or Facebook Messenger. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of travelers, children's ages, your hotel or pick-up address and any notes you add, such as dietary or mobility needs.

When you confirm a booking, we may also ask for details that hotels, airlines or other providers need, such as the name and number on your passport.

Payments are made by bank transfer or through a card payment link from a payment provider. Card numbers are never entered on this website, and we do not store them.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and send you quotes.
  • To arrange and run your tour, which means sharing the necessary details with the hotels, transport companies, guides, airlines and attractions involved.
  • To meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

This website

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Maps map; Google receives your IP address when this happens. Tour photos and data are served from our own servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your request or booking, and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@vngrouptourist.com and we will reply within 30 days. We handle personal data under Vietnam's personal data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP); if you live in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR.
