Itinerary
DAY 1 | Hanoi arrival -city tour
Inclusions: Private car, guide, entrance fees, water, hotel
Upon your arrival at Hanoi airport (before 1.00 PM) our guide and car will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi city downtown for a city tour. Visit the iconic and historic spots of Hanoi such as: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ngoc Son Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake
Check in the hotel and rest on your own
19h00-21h00: our guide will escort and help you enjoy a good dinner in Hanoi old quarters.
DAY 2 | Hanoi - Halong bay day cruise - Hanoi
Inclusions: sharing bus, guide, entrance fees, 5 star cruise, lunch on board, water, hotel

This is a very long day (12 hours)

8h00-8h45: Our Tour guide will pick up you at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter then depart to Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer.
10h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax
12h00 – 12h30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to Cozy Bay Premium Cruise. We will take you on a 5-6 hour journey via a 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which is renowned for its striking passages, uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having lunch on boat.
14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives
15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.
18h00 – 18h30: Cruising back to Tuan Chau harbor. There is a lot of time for enjoying a sunset party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on the upper deck with music and enjoying great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.
Then we get on the bus back to Hanoi by Expressway, have a short break for 20-30 minutes.
21h00 – 21h30: Arrive at the hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter.
Day 3 Hanoi - Sapa - Cat cat village trekking
Inclusions: sleeping bus, hotel , local guide, entrance fees, private car, water
Early morning (7h00 AM), check out and take the pleasant sleeping bus to Sapa in 5 hours with some rest stops
When you arrive in Sapa, you will be dropped off at your hotel where our local guide is waiting for you for a 2 hour trekking tour around Cat Cat village. You will be transferred to Cat Cat village by our private car, then from there enjoy a 2 hour easy trekking into Cat Cat village where you can get a true feel of how the local tribal people live: peasants working in the fields, families preparing meals, school kids playing, grazing buffalos and things like that.
Then our private car will take you back to your hotel for check in and rest
Evening, you can go to dinner with our guide’s support or to be on your own.
DAY 4 | Fansipan mountain - moana cafe (B)
Inclusions: private car, guide, entrance fees, 2 way cable car, water, hotel
Enjoy the scenic cable car ride and get the best view from the top of Vietnam’s highest mountain peak.
8h00AM: Our guide will pick you up and transfer to Fansipan mountain cable car station.
8h30AM: Arrive Fansipan Cable car station, learn the culture of 6 main local tribes by their sample houses and villages. Then take the cable car up to the mountain and enjoy the great sceneries there.
9h30AM: Get off the cable car right at the biggest and tallest outdoor Amitabha Buddha statue of Vietnam. Enjoy some great scenes there.
10h30 AM: Enjoy a 6 minute funicular ride to the top of the mountain – which is considered the ROOF OF INDOCHINA 3143 meters. From there you will walk down to the cable car station (600 steps) to enjoy the atmosphere and natural beauty.
12h30-13h30: Enjoy lunch
14h30: Take the cable car down, then get in to our private car to Moana cafe
15h00: visit Moana cafe,which is a hotspot for photo check in, one drink included.
16h00: Enjoy a little walk in town, stop by the symbolic Sapa stone church and Sunworld area.
17h00: get in our private car to get back to the hotel.
19h00 - 21h00: Our guide will support you to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5 - O Quy Ho Pass - Rong May glass Bridge - Sapa
Inclusions: private car, guide, entrance fees, water
8h00 AM: guide and car pick you up for Sapa city tour
8h30 AM: Visit – Rong May Glass Bridge Tourist Area (include the 2 way shuttle bus and walk on the bridge), other activities are on your own account.
Continue the trip to the Glass Bridge, one of Sapa’s most unique attractions. • Experience the thrilling walk on the transparent glass bridge suspended at high altitude, offering panoramic views of the mountains and valleys.
Optionally, take the elevator up the observation tower or try adventure activities (like bungee jump or zipline, if available on your own account)
Great spot for photography and sightseeing.
12h00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
13h30: Then Visit Ô Quy Hồ Fairy Valley - A short drive brings you to the Fairy Valley, known for its breathtaking scenery of rolling hills, streams, and lush greenery. Take a light walk through the valley, enjoying the fresh mountain air and taking photos of waterfalls, flower gardens, and the poetic landscape. The area is also famous for its cool climate and panoramic views of the Fansipan range.
14h30: Visit Silver water fall
15h30: Visit Ham Rong tourist area. Ham Rong literally means jaws of a dragon. You will walk around the area with the view of a mountain in the shape of a dragon jaws
17h00: Get back to the hotel, dinner and evening are on your own.
19h00 - 21h00: Our guide will support you to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Lunch and dinner are on your own account.
Day 6: Sapa - Hanoi
Inclusions: Shared sleeping bus, hotel
Breakfast at hotel,
9h00 AM: Check out and get transferred to our bus station, from there spend about 5 hours with one stop en route to Hanoi. Lunch is on your own.
16h00: Arrive at Hanoi bus station, get transferred to your hotel by a small car. Check in and rest on your own.
Lunch and dinner are on your own account.
Day 7: Hanoi departure
Inclusions: Private transport.
Breakfast at the hotel, then our private driver will transfer you to Hanoi airport for your flight HOME.

Agreements and Commitments
- Tour cost Include Government Tax following Vietnamese national tax laws.
- There are No Indian/Halal foods for some places and this will be clearly stated in the itinerary.
- None of the hotels/cruises above have Indian/Halal food for breakfast..
- The daily timing is just our suggestion, you can start any time but the finish time is still 10:00 PM . Any additional hour using guide and car after 10:00 PM will be charged 20 USD
- For group tours, the timing and inclusions are fixed, guests are strictly required to follow. We’re not responsible for any late show-up and guests might be required to arrange their own transportation to the meeting point. No refund will be made in case of no show or last minute cancellation.
- Business hours of Vietnam are from 7,30 - 8,00 AM to 5,00 PM
- Opening and closing times for most tourist attractions are 7,00 -7,30 AM and 5,00 PM
- Tipping is customary in Vietnam and it’s suggested 20 USD for guide per day and 10 USD for driver per day (for the whole private group less than 10 pax) and this can be done directly from guests to guides and drivers.
- Tipping for big groups (more than 10 pax) will be quoted 3USD/pax/day for both guides and drivers. This will be included in the tour cost (only with groups from 10 persons)
Trip Inclusions Clarification
- Trip inclusions will surely be done as exactly as in each day’s INCLUSIONS LINE
- This tour quoted cost includes hotel rooms (and cruise cabins) of minimum 2 persons per room - a third person will have an extra bed.
- Hotel rooms are with windows and random views of internal view /city /garden /sea/ pool view) This will be stated clearly in the confirmed itinerary.
- Hotel check in/out time is 2.00 PM - 12.00 PM. Any early check in or late check out request will be subjective to availability and is charged by hotel regulations.
- Halong bay cruise: check in at 12.00 PM and check out at 9.30 AM (guests still stay on cruise till disembarkation) No early check in or late checkout is allowed.
- Entrance fees to all sites mentioned above
- 2 bottles of water per guest per day (for daily tours).
- Travel insurance valued at 2.000 USD (only for accidents and food poison caused by the food/drinks offered by our included meals)
- Private English speaking tour guide for daily tours – not for airport pickup/dropoff/transfer. The tour guide for group tours is for the whole group.

- The quoted cost is based on the the suggested hotel list above
- We reserve the right to choose any hotel among them
- In case the quoted hotel/cruise is sold out at the moment of tour confirmation, we have the right to replace it with a similar quality one.
- None of the above hotels/cruises have Indian/Halal foods and this cannot be requested due to the accommodation regulations (staying guests are not allowed to bring their own foods on cruise)
- In case guests require a hotel/cruise they like, the tour cost will be revised based on their preferred hotels/cruises
- We can only accommodate Indian/Halal food for Halong bay cruise if it’s chartered and with an additional cost (limited cruises accept this)
Payment & cancellation
Payment and Deposit Policy
- Airfare MUST be fully paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- 50% of the tour cost must be paid at the time of booking confirmation
- 30% of the tour cost must be paid 3 days before the tour starts
- The other 20% can be paid by cash on arrival or by our online link.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer to our company’s USD account is without transaction fee, clients just pay their side’s fee
- Bank transfer to our company’s VND account is without a transaction fee.
- Credit card (Visa/master/apple pay) by online payment link is with a 3,0 % transaction fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY- Cancellations must be sent in writing (email accepted). The following refund amount will apply:

Children Policies and Costs

- Age is based on year of birth, not date of birth.
- Infants (0–6 years): Free of charge - sharing the same food portion and same bed with parents
- Children (7-10): Charged at 50% of adult cost sharing the same food portion and same bed with parents
- Children (7-10): Charged at 75% of adult cost separate food portion and same bed with parents
- Children (7-10): Charged at charged as adult cost if requiring separate food portion and separate bed
- From 11 years: Charged as adults
Entrance fees based on height (just for references)
This is just to provide clients of how the total cost is quoted and this entrance fee is not quoted separately.
- Below 1.0 meter: Free entrance
- From 1.0 meter to 1.39 meter: 75% of adult fee
- From 1.4 meter: Charged as an adult
- Some exceptions will be stated clearly during tour consultation
- For the FREE OF CHARGE CHILDREN ABOVE, if the actual height is more than 1.0 meter, clients are required to pay the entrance fees as above rules compared to the public entrance fees at the visiting places.
